1on1 Boxing and Kickboxing Training
1on1 Boxing Fitness specializes in one on one boxing and kickboxing training. One on one sessions are taught by 1on1 Boxing Fitness owner, certified sports & conditioning specialist and former boxer and kick boxer Christopher Terry. The noncontact training involves instruction in:
- Proper boxing and kickboxing skills and technique
- Correct use of boxing and kickboxing equipment
- Focused mitt training
Training is open to people of all fitness levels and trainees can choose to learn and practice boxing, kickboxing or both. Training benefits include improved:

More than just Mesa’s premier boxing gym, 1on1 Boxing Fitness offers a variety of boxing and fitness training programs.
